Prior to entering the investment sales arena, Brad spent 11 years in the commercial appraisal and consulting industry where he earned the coveted MAI designation. Specializing in the valuation and analysis of a wide range of investment properties and highly complex land development projects, Brad developed keen technical skills and an attention to detail that enable him to provide superior service to his real estate brokerage clients today.

In his capacity as Marketing and Financial Associate, Eli is directly involved in all of the firm’s listing engagements and marketing activities with responsibilities including market research, financial analysis, special marketing promotions, social media outreach and more.
A South Florida native, Eli is a graduate of Florida State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Real Estate and Business Management. While attending FSU, Eli was an active member of the Real Estate Society, served on the Executive Board of Phi Sigma Kappa Fraternity and was Vice President of the Collegiate Entrepreneur’s Organization.
