More about the Canine Comfort Zone! Thank you for visiting our site. Because we want you to know us, we want to talk a little about those that have inspired us and how Canine Comfort Zone got started. We know how special our own less than perfect dogs are and we know how expensive medical treatment is. It was our hope to bring other dogs back to a healthy state so that they would have the opportunity to be adopted. From a "wish" to the magic of "just doing it", Canine Comfort Zone, Inc. was started. We chose to become an IRS 501(c)(3) public charity using all volunteer "labor" so that you, our supporter, could be assured that 100% of your donated dollars were being used for the mission of our organization and that is, and will always be, to provide funding for medical expenses for injured and/or sick dogs with no known owners or other financial resources, and to educate the public about unmet needs for funding for such purposes.
