A majority of our consulting has focused on student housing feasibility studies, market profiles, operational assessments for existing student housing communities, and acquisition due diligence. Campus Advantage has also provided consulting services for developers seeking development and design assistance, colleges and universities looking for student surveys and support with campus residential planning, market profiles for new entrants, and other industry consulting.
