Our favorite part of this journey was watching our home come to life and getting to live in the finished product! Having not ever built a completely custom home before, we enjoyed the process. Ken & Brenda from Camlin helped guide the conversation with the architect so the finer architectural details that we wanted  were included in the final plan. Camlin offered us many suggestions to make the final product more unique and truly custom. We really enjoyed the concierge build process. There were no budget surprises because we took our time creating our floor plan and meeting with trades before moving forward. We are very happy with the final product; we felt like we were part of the Camlin family and always knew they had our best interests in mind. Setting up weekly “touch base meetings” ensured that fluid, ongoing communication happened during the process. We thought that it was very effective and we appreciated the thoroughness of the open book process due to the financial visibility and variety of choices we made throughout the building process. We were very happy with the final floor plan deign and the elevation we came to and really enjoyed working with Paul designing all the specifics in our home. He listened to what we wanted and iterated back and forth with us. We understood the challenges given the lot plan we selected and we were very pleased with final plan that was provided. They took full advantage of all that the homesite had to offer during the collaborative process that included the architect, Camlin and us contributing to the outstanding final outcome. Bayway Isles is an existing upscale waterfront gated community located directly on Tampa Bay and just minutes from the heart of downtown St. Pete.
