When I reflect back, one of my first tasks as CEO was to assemble a pair of IKEA desks. To think about all the time and effort, and all that has been accomplished, since building those first desks makes me both proud and excited. We’ve had double-digit growth nearly every year of operation and have earned a spot on Inc. Magazine’s 5000 fastest growing private companies in America seven times.
