I personally, worked for insurance companies for over 15 years and have been adjusting claims since 1990. We can provide a complete service to the property owner who is about to file a claim or the property owner that is struggling with the insurance company’s adjuster and is not familiar with policy terms, policy limits, exclusions, policy language, construction, prices, etc. My job is to make sure your rights and interests are respected by the insurance company. Our fee is a percentage of the insurance proceeds. If there is Public adjusters know the insurance process inside and out. A public adjuster can minimize the hassle that comes with dealing, gathering documents and evidence, and negotiating with the insurance company. The adjuster will file all your pertinent paperwork with the insurance company, arrange for the inspections of your damaged property and  haggle with the insurance company. A good adjuster will also help control what you say to your insurance company. The adjuster will be forthright with your insurer, but won't divulge any information that might damage your claim.
