Company History The exposure to the changes in the industry for the past 25 years has defined Cabral Construction Inc. as an experienced professional in the industry. The following is an introduction to past projects, as well as a target for the future in Southwest Florida, providing an insight to a unique building experience for the client. My family is fortunate to have moved to Naples from Long Island, New York in 1973. Graduating from Naples High School in 1976, and starting a career in the building trades, was the beginning of my experience that has covered the entire spectrum in the industry. Now a father of three, my wife, Leslie, and I have established our company here in Southwest Florida and look forward to the next building experience. There is a diversity that is unique to the company that is strongly based on the experience and exposure we have had living and working in South Florida for over 40 years. Growing up and working in Naples, the Palm Beaches, the Northern Bahamas, and Caribbean, have provided the insight into the history of architecture and lifestyle that is so attractive to all of us. I approach each relationship and project from a perspective of authenticity which is a reflection of the clients’ needs and the philosophy of how they choose to live. Developing trust and confidence in the early stages of a project is our target. That being said, in recent years the company moved into and participated in the entitlements and development of several waterfront projects in the Dominican Republic, Abaco Northern Bahamas, Punta Gorda, and Goodland Florida. It is no surprise that the decline soon thereafter was equally unique and required the business to go back to its roots which was once again focusing primarily on the renovation and additions to properties in coastal communities here in South Florida. Upon understanding the philosophy and direction each project has, we participate by bringing additional ideas in design and creativity that is a compliment to the architecture and interior design through our passion and the understanding of exactly what is desired in the end result for all our projects.
