She directs the company’s strategic vision, manages its day-to-day operations, and is responsible for key business relationships nationally. Susan’s rich industry experience includes serving most recently as the Founder and President of Transformation Health Partners, LLC, and as Chief Medical Officer (CMO) at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBSNC), the state’s largest health insurer. Prior to joining BCBSNC, she held various executive positions at WakeMed Health & Hospital (Raleigh, NC), including serving as the organization’s Executive Vice President of Medical Affairs and Physician Practices. Susan was also a founding member and Executive Director of Alliance Medical Ministry (Raleigh, NC), a not-for-profit organization providing medical care to the working uninsured of Wake County, NC. She earned a M.D. from the Duke University School of Medicine (Durham, NC) and B.S. in Psychology from Duke University, and completed postgraduate training at Massachusetts General Hospital (Boston, MA). She is board-certified in Internal Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. Susan serves on several boards and is active in community service and professional organizations. Lucy joined C³HealthcareRx as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in January 2017. She has over 30 years of financial, operational and executive management experience in the healthcare industry, including hospital products, pharmaceuticals, clinical diagnostic laboratories and medical devices. Most recently she served as EVP and CFO of LipoScience, Inc, which was initially a venture-backed company. Lucy worked closely with the CEO and Board to successfully raise new capital and debt financing. In 2013, LipoScience completed a successful IPO and was subsequently acquired late in 2014. Prior to LipoScience, she held several corporate finance positions at GlaxoWellcome, PLC and Glaxo, Inc. Lucy’s earlier healthcare experience includes financial management and operational roles at Bristol Myers and American Hospital Supply Corporation. She earned a Master in Business Administration from Campbell University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. She is active in the community with board experience on several corporate and not-for-profit organizations. Susan leads implementation and client-relationship strategies at C³HealthcareRx and serves as its Chief Compliance Officer. An accomplished healthcare executive, she has extensive experience driving strategic imperatives, launching start-up initiatives and performance programs, and leading organizational transformation. Susan most recently served as the Vice President of Health Delivery Redesign at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBSNC), where she led collaborative efforts with targeted provider groups to develop solutions that lowered costs, improved quality, and strengthened provider-payer partnerships. Prior to joining BCBSNC, she served as the Executive Director of Network Development for WakeMed Health and Hospitals (Raleigh, NC), where she had responsibility for the day-to-day operations of its large physician network. Susan holds a M.A. in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Promotion from East Carolina University, and has actively served community organizations that include the NC Works Commission, the Capital Area Workforce Development Board, the NC Community College Foundation and the North Carolina Business Committee on Education, among many others. As Chief Growth Officer at C3HealthcareRx, Todd heads the company’s sales and marketing functions and spearheads its new business development efforts. He served most recently as the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at HealthHelp. Todd also held executive sales and marketing positions at CVS Caremark, among other organizations. He’s been recognized for excellence in new business development, including being honored as an Achievement Award Winner at Bristol-Myers Squibb, President’s Award Winner at Kayser-Roth Corporation and President’s Award Winner at CVS Caremark. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. HealthcareRx as Vice President, Pharmacy Operations in August 2017. He has more than 25 years of experience in the pharmacy industry in various leadership roles. He began his career as a pharmacist at Eckerd Drug Corporation, eventually being promoted to District Pharmacy Supervisor for the organization. He then served Walgreen Co. in various capacities, including as a Pharmacy Manager and District Pharmacy Supervisor, roles which helped him hone his extensive pharmacy operations skills. He earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Campbell University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He is active in the Boy Scouts of America as a leader, and has served on boards and committees in the community and academia.
