1992 Craig Marcacci began forming senior fitness classes and his personal training business. 2005 Craig created the first installment of the Easy Does It fitness video series * "Easy Does It - Getting Started!" for older less active or less able seniors. 2007 Craig created * "Easy Does It - Staying Active, Staying Fit" for younger, more active or more able seniors. 2009 Craig created the "3 Minute Golf Warm-Up" and the "5 Minute Golf Warm-Up" videos. Craig currently has many clients he trains in the gym and at their homes and is looking forward to to producing more training videos.
