Byron Finance supplies high-calibre personnel to fill traditional financial roles in the public and private sector; we also recruit in specialist areas including risk management, internal audit, actuarial, and compliance. He initially worked as club professional for a golf & country club near Epsom, and was instrumental in transforming the business into one of the most successful golf centres in the South of England. He entered recruitment in 2000, and quickly discovered that his previous experiences made him a particularly effective recruiter in the senior-finance sector. Andy is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, including finance, marketing & IT, and is actively involved in staff training and development. Nicole joined Byron in 2013 to support our Administration Team, and has since become an important part of the organisation. Previously she has worked for a successful financial services group and spent a few years within the entertainment industry. She enjoys working with both clients & candidates, and has been active in developing Byron’s Resourcing function. Nicole now manages both our Administration and Resourcing Teams, and assists with IT, marketing and procurement for the business. Byron Finance
