Her experience includes, Sodexo’s Vice President of Strategic Partners & Alliances, where she developed and implemented a North American collaborative business growth strategy with high level strategic partners and provided guidance on business/community strategy across six divisions on all scopes of contracts, community affairs, human resources, and marketing. Ms. Sandoval served as a Presidential Appointee for President William J. Clinton at the U.S. Department of Commerce, as Deputy Director of Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) and also as Deputy Associate Deputy Administrator for Economic Development for the United States Small Business Administration (SBA). While at Bank of America she served as Vice President of Community Development/CRA Officer, with responsibilities that included CRA and HMDA compliance overseen by OCC, and represented Bank of American Foundation and Public Relations. Ms. Sandoval a graduate of Wade College, Dartmouth MBE Program, and the Harvard Business School Corporate Governance Program, is multicultural and multilingual, fluent in English, Spanish and French. Ms. Sandoval was the founding chair of HACR/Harvard Business School Alumni Association, served as Board Trustee of the Tomas Rivera Policy Institute at USC, on the Advisory Board of Shine Global, and founding member of the Hispanic Bankers Association. In May of 2009 Ms. Sandoval was appointed by the Gov. Tim Kaine to the Board of the Virginia Economic Development Partnership and served the Commonwealth of Virginia through July of 2012. Ms. Sandoval served as President of the National Hispanic Business Group from 2013 to 2015.
