A not-so-funny thing happened as I began this personal message to you. I got stuck. Years after taking the same journey as my clients to specialize in business development, program coordination, personal development, training and assessment, I had stalled when it was necessary to turn the spotlight on myself. The blockage was resolved when I was honest with a friend who shares my entrepreneurial spirit. I was reminded that, as essential as work ethic and impeccable service are toward our dream, we all need a coach when we struggle to see the traps we inadvertently set for ourselves. The greatest strengths we have as entrepreneurs are our ideas and our ability to understand and adapt to our vulnerabilities and opportunities. This small example of how we can stumble, and how quickly we can recapture the excitement, keeps me focused as the coach for clients of Business Insights Now.
