Our team consists of business leaders, trainers, educators, speakers and consultants from a number of disciplines. has both an MBA and a Master of Management in Organizational Development.  Patti is is a subject matter expert in a number of areas within the manufacturing and training industry.  Patti has developed training curricula covering topics in Lean Manufacturing, Business Process Improvement, and Quality Best Practices as well as areas in project management, management and leadership development.  Patti is currently an adjunct instructor for the University of South Florida (USF) teaching classes in Principles of Management and Human Resource Management.  In addition to teaching for USF, Patti teaches as an adjunct for University of Phoenix teaching classes in Foundations of Business, Supervision & Leadership, Organizational Theory & Behavior and Critical Thinking. Ms. Gander has served as a Florida State Sterling Examiner.  Patti is a member of the Industry Advisory Council for the Florida Advanced Technology Education Group (FLATE) charted to promote and advance manufacturing as an education pathway in our secondary and post secondary school systems.  Ms. Gander is affiliated with a number of groups around the Tampa Bay Area (APICS, ASQ, ASTD and SMA) and has worked closely with the Banner Center for manufacturing developing and delivering Production Technician Training Curriculum.
