Before joining AME, he was a partner in the Washington, D.C. law firm of Keller and Heckman LLP and was a Tax Law Specialist in the Reorganization Branch of the Corporation Tax Division of the Internal Revenue Service. David has received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He graduated with honors from the State University of New York at Albany and attended Southwestern University School of Law (J.D., 1983) and Georgetown University Law Center (Masters of Law in Taxation, LL.M, 1986).
