The Burger Foundation This gourmet business concept offers a license for a reasonable investment. With a simple menu, the variety and attention to detail make the entrees (salads, burgers, desserts) a popular stop. All items are home made from the buns to the condiments. When possible all produce and meats are local, organic, grassfed, non gmo. Everything is made to order with nothing being cooked in advance or microwaved. Not only is Burger Foundation a fantastic dining opportunity for burgers, the B.F. f will feature locally sourced and seasonal salads that are extremely popular at Cafe Longet. A few of these salads include, the salad du soleil, lentil salad and chicken salad. This is a unique concept new to the US with the clients having a window into the grinding of the beef on site. Variety of seven different burgers from chicken, lamb, vegetarian, fish, bison and two different beefs. All desserts will be verrines, a french concept of layered desserts. All ice cream and sorbet are house made gluten free. Outside of the burger buns, all of the menu items at Burger Foundation are gluten free. Another example of the french touch as in French cooking, flour is not used as a filler/binder/etc. Everything is fresh and hand made eliminating the need to gluten fillers. Our goal is not for a client to eat or order in concern with calories. The concept allows the client to select their meal according to the nutritional value it will add to their body. The whole principle is that food is medicine, and you can add the nutritional benefits that are appropriate for you temple while still overly pleasuring your palette.
