These finish trades include drywall, cabinetry, flooring, roofing, and more. Our craftsmen start from the ground up, digging footers that hold steel and concrete to reinforce your foundation. Then we work on the foundation itself, which can be a concrete slab to pour, stemwall, or pilings. From there the exterior of the building is usually done in concrete block or wood framing; the interior is framed as well. Once we get the roof trusses set and the plywood set on the roof we are done. We are highly skilled and at the forefront of the industry in technology and service. We choose high quality sub-contractors who have done many projects with us. We try to keep our sub-contractors consistent while maintaining the highest standards in the industry at the best possible price. By building about 50% of our work with our in house staff and keeping a close eye on our subs pricing, we feel we can provide a high quality job for the best possible price.
