I am a former college athlete who believes in staying fit for life.. My philosophy is to teach and train clients to not lose weight for a short period of time, why not .stay healthy for life. No one knows what tommorrow may bring but why not live healthy and train properly and be around to see tommorrow.. I was born in Fayettvile Tn, I grew up in Tampa , FL, I went to college in Sprngfield, MO, I worked in corporate america for over 20 years, Working for a Cancer specialist really humbled me to see what people go through in life and the pain they endured to try to survive not knowing, for some, how long they have to live. So I decided to help train, and motivate people to take care of their bodies and build a better body for life.
