She is a seasoned finance professional with nearly 20 years of accounting experience in the Jacksonville area. She is responsible for all aspects of fiscal management, forecasting and reporting for Bug PRO Florida. That includes oversight of the firm’s daily operations, as well as development of a comprehensive policy of internal controls and inventory management. Along with her accounting responsibilities, Tammi oversees all corporate documentation requirements and renewals, licensing renewal schedules, government registrations and small business certifications. She identifies, reviews, and submits bids, technical proposals and associated documents and supports staff in the field when necessary. Tammi has also provided the leadership to introduce and manage Bug PRO’s supporting technology. She has overseen the implementation of state-of-the-art mapping and GPS systems for dispatching and managing company equipment, Pest Control specific software for managing customer accounts, and in-vehicle mobile and wireless technologies for on-site customer support. Frances had a passion for Bug PRO Florida as a whole. We will cherish the memories of Frances and will miss her tremendously. Frances’ leadership and guidance will remain the foundation of the achievements Bug PRO can proudly stand behind. Her determination was the lifeblood of the company and although we will move forward, we will never forget the importance Frances placed in responsible service practices, the relationships built between the company and customers as well as our impact in the community. What great words many could say about this pioneer in the industry. Frances was known for her passion in her work at an expert level. Her memories will never leave us because she brought so much to the table. She was the kindest person, always willing to assist anyone in the business. She always wore a smile, even if she had to paint it on. She added “class” to Pest Management and was one of the first to embrace Integrated Pest Management. Never was the day when she would not get out in the field and drill a house side by side with the technician. Sometimes, she would just do the work herself! As the years went by, she advanced in every area of learning. She was so intelligent. Frances was a “Mentor” to many, including me. For that I am truly blessed!!!!!
