She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Florida Memorial University in Miami Gardens, Florida and a Master’s degree in Education from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Adult Education at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. In addition to her education and experience, Rozelia is a certified Level II Kingian Nonviolence Conflict Reconciliation trainer.
