Budget U Pull It... How Budget U Pull It Works Budget U Pull It is a self-service auto salvage yard for . Open 7 days a week. There is a $2.00 cash admission charge for each person entering the yard and you must be 16 years of age or older. Budget purchases vehicles from many sources including donation centers, auctions, insurance companies, tow companies, and private parties. Vehicles are first processed through the prep building. Gas, oil, antifreeze, battery, freon and all fluids are removed. Processed vehicles are then placed on wheel stands in the yard, ready for pulling.
