Mike has 15 years of strategy and solutions experience in the benefits administration industry. Mike currently leads bswift’s private exchange strategy across small group, middle market and large group segments. In his seven years at bswift, he has also served as Vice President of Exchange Solutions, Vice President of Product Management and Director of Operations, laying the foundation for bswift’s outsourcing capabilities, exchange technology configuration and insurance carrier business. Before joining bswift, Mike was a Vice President of Aon Consulting’s Employee Benefits Outsourcing practice, where he held technical, client management and project management roles.
