Jeffrey is President, CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of BRT Apartments Corp. (NYSE:BRT), a Great Neck, New York based public multifamily equity REIT.  BRT provides joint venture equity on multifamily properties throughout the country, and purchases multifamily directly.  Jeff also serves as a Vice President of Georgetown partners, Inc. (the Managing General partner of Gould Investors L.P.), and equity oriented real estate company; Senior vice President and Member of the Board of Directors of One Liberty Properties, Inc. (NYSE: OLP), a single tenant triple net leased public company; and Majestic Property Management corp.  Jeff is a member of the chief Executive Organization (CEO) and World Presidents Organization in the New York Big Apple chapter.  Mr. Gould is a graduate of the University of Vermont, where he received a BS degree in small business management in 1994. Mr. George E. Zweier has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President at BRT Apartments Corp. since August 1998 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Zweier, a certified public accountant has been with BRT since June 1998. For approximately five years prior to joining the Company, Mr. Zweier was an Accounting Officer with the Bank of Tokyo - Mitsubishi UFJ, in New York and for more than five years prior thereto he was an Accounting and Audit Officer with the Christine received a B.A. in International Business from Hofstra University and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance and Investment from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate Ryan is a Vice President at BRT Apartments Corp. He joined the firm in 2013 and is primarily responsible for assisting in strategic planning and decision making as well as evaluating and analyzing the firm's current portfolio. Ryan graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate. An Assistant Controller with BRT Apartments Corp.  Prior to joining BRT in 2014, Brenda worked for large publicly held company in the manufacturing industry and was responsible for financial reporting as well as managing the Sarbanes Compliance effort.  She also worked as an auditor for PwC where her client base was both in the private sector and the financial services industry. Steven Rosenzweig is Vice President of BRT Apartments Corp.  Prior to joining the Company Steven was special counsel at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, New York, New York.  Izzy is the Chairman of the Board of BRT Apartments Corp. He  also serves as Senior Vice President of Georgetown Partners, and a Senior Vice President of One Liberty Properties, Inc. Izzy previously served as a Director and Chief Lending Officer of Bankers Federal Savings. Prior to joining the company and its affiliates in 1984, Izzy was a Vice President at Bankers Trust. Mark serves as a Senior Vice President of BRT Apartments Corp.  Mark is also President and Chief Operating Officer of Georgetown Partners, Senior Vice President and Secretary of One Liberty Properties and Secretary of Majestic Property Management Corp. Prior to joining the company in 1990, Mark was associated with Dickstein, Shapiro & Morin, Washington, D.C., and prior to that with Chadbourne & Parke, New York, New York. David is the Senior Vice President - Finance of BRT Apartments Corp.  He  also serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Georgetown Partners,  Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of One Liberty Properties and Majestic Property Management Corp. Prior to joining the company in 1990, David, a Certified Public Accountant, was a partner in Buchbinder Tunick & Company (and its predecessors). Isaac  serves as Vice President and Treasurer of  BRT Apartments Corp.  He is also Vice President and Assistant Treasurer of Georgetown Partners and One Liberty Properties.  He joined the companies in July, 2004. Prior to that he worked in public accounting for the firms of Buchbinder Tunick & Co. and Ernst & Young. He received his BA in accounting from Yeshiva University, Sy Syms School of Business.
