Joanne’s notable career includes 16 years at the Walt Disney Company as well as serving as the Executive Vice President of Professional Development, Employee Engagement and Human Resources at the Chelsea Jewish Foundation. As the process begins, you’ll speak with a Client Advocate who will complete your initial application over the phone with you, walking you through the next steps of the process and what to expect. After this initial phone call, we will check in with you on a regular basis to provide the current status of your claim and gather any updated medical information you may have. Your team of Client Advocates will also be in contact with the Contacting SSA regarding your claim may include checking in on the status of the requests for your medical records, confirming receipt of any questionnaires you may have submitted, and gathering any information needed to move your claim to the next step.
