I know from personal experience. I have been a counselor for over twenty years and a client before that. Counseling provides individuals a safe place to work on making personal changes. I teach skills for overcoming anxiety disorders, such as panic attacks and obsessive compulsive behaviors, as well as working with chronic pain, depression and trauma. I have assisted parents with childhood behavioral problems such as ADHD, anger and depression, both at school and at home. I believe in spiritual, cognitive and behavioral growth. Spiritual as in finding where you belong. Cognitive as in learning to manage your emotions and behavioral in learning ways to deal with daily problems. I have worked with clients in all stages of life, from childhood, to adolescence and adulthood. If you or a loved one are suffering from one of these problems, then I am here to help. He offers his services to children, adolescents, adults, couples and businesses. Tim has over 20 years experience in behavioral health and over 11 years of combined management, accounting and financial services experience. Tim  has worked extensively with other professionals, including physicians and other professionals, both as a clinician and manager. He has been recognized for his work in pain management by the American Pain Society. Tim  is skilled in: accounting, budget preparation, compliance, auditing, process improvement, cost reduction, accreditation issues, and facilitation of team meetings.
