A 30-Year History in Private Company Investments Brockway Investors, the family office of Peter Brockway, makes investments in private securities. The family office draws on Mr. Brockway’s 30-year career in the private equity industry. Together with long-time colleagues Peter Klein and Jay Anderson, who have worked together for virtually this entire 30 year history, the team brings extensive experience and complementary skills sets to the table. Mr. Brockway is currently serving as Senior Advisor to Blue Sea Capital, a position he has held since the firm’s founding in 2013. Blue Sea Capital Fund I, which had its final closing in June 2014, has in excess of $325 million in committed assets and is actively investing in companies with transaction values up to $200 million. The firm invests in three sectors: Healthcare, Aerospace and Defense, and Industrial Growth. As part of his role with Blue Sea Capital, Mr. Brockway serves on the firm’s Investment Committee. Previously, Mr. Brockway and a number of colleagues founded Brockway Moran & Partners, a firm that has raised three private equity funds totaling over $1.3 billion in capital, and has completed over 90 acquisitions in a variety of industries, including Industrial Growth, Healthcare, Education, Consumer, Aerospace and Defense, and Distribution. Prior to this, Mr. Brockway was a senior executive for more than a decade with Trivest, the oldest private equity firm in the southeastern United States. Brockway Investors, as a family office, typically makes investments with individuals with whom Mr. Brockway, Mr. Klein and Mr. Anderson have had a long-standing relationship. The companies are most often middle-market firms that are pursuing a growth strategy and have a distinct market proposition.
