Dr. Janice Tzuling Chik holds an A.B. from Princeton University, in the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, an M.A. from the University of Texas, and a Ph.D. from the University of St Andrews. She has worked at Princeton University as a coordinator for community organizations and the academy, as a marketing consultant for Dell, as an editor for several international research projects and publications, and as a speaker and instructor for various think tanks and non-profits. For her research, she has received funding grants from the Royal Institute of Philosophy, the Scottish Funding Council, the University of St Andrews, the Philosophical Quarterly, the Witherspoon Institute, the Santa Croce Foundation, and the Darrell K. Royal Fellowship in Ethics and American Society. Dr. Chik also holds a Certificate in Musical Performance from Princeton, and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Aradin Charitable Trust, a British organization based in Cambridge, which seeks to advance education and preserve the cultural-artistic heritage of at-risk communities in the Middle East.
