We have three desktops (Sony Vaio, Gateway and Dell) and two laptops (Sony Vaio and Compaq) that we use mostly for trading forex markets. When any of these computers had a problem we always called Britek to fix them. Brian Tiedeman, the owner, has always impressed me as an intelligent young man who has a thorough insight into all kinds of computer issues. A lot of times he had come to our place and fixed the computers onsite saving us the trouble of driving them over. Also, if needed he had taken them with him, fixed them and brought them back in record time. Here is a classic case of how Britek Solutions goes above and beyond to get computer issues resolved as well as save money for the clients: Couple of years ago my nephew had spent more than $1200 to buy a customized HP TX1000 laptop directly from HP. Unfortunately the motherboard died on him. In February of 2009 we gave this computer to Brian to look at. Brian not only tried to fix it but sent emails (one of them I have copied below) and made phone calls all the way to the CEO of HP to get the mother board replaced free of charge. I don’t think even I would have gone that far. Exceptional customer service.
