Dan was previously a PGA pro who among other courses was head professional at River Wilderness. Dan later worked at Watson Publications where once again his people skills and personality allowed him to succeed in that sales environment. Few have the natural ability to connect with a client on their terms and be able to grow that relationship, Dan does. Dan has lived in the Southwest Florida/ Tampa Bay area for over 25 years and also knows the many benefits of being a Floridian. With over 20 years in Real Estate, as well as 40 years of entrepreneurship, Rick brings a lot of experience to the table for the Brince Realty team. Having lived in the same Parrish, FL, neighborhood since 1994, he truly understands the community and even invests in the area by owning and personally managing 8 rental properties. A natural leader, Rick is a mentor and helps guide everyone at Brince Realty to strive to provide a better customer experience to all of our clients. In his spare time, he enjoys owning and running “Pinch a Penny Pool Patio & Spa” with his wife! . IT’S BUILD TO REPRESENT WHO WE ARE, A COMPANY BUILT ON RELATIONSHIPS, HONESTY, INTEGRITY AND SOMETIMES JUST PURE FUN.” Amy was born and raised near Marion, Indiana, graduated from Ball State University with BA in Print Management and Master’s in Business Administration. Her background was in Project Management for large format printing before finding a niche in social media marketing services. Amy has a busy home life managing a 2 year old, 5 year old and entrepreneur husband, but is always up for a challenge! Jenn graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a B.S. in Marketing, in 2002, and has worked in various sales and marketing roles ever since. Her experience ranges from commodities to consumer products, but has recently found a passion in working with small businesses. She enjoys the challenge of helping her clients reach their potential by fulfilling their support needs —whether it be social media, organization, or basic (yet necessary!) administrative work.
