John oversees Brinca Software's strategic vision and product innovation.   After building his company from a small, guerilla-style, software consultancy, to the world’s largest provider of anti-money laundering software solutions to financial institutions worldwide, John sold Americas Software in 2004 to a multi-national publicly traded company. Fluent in English and Spanish, John got his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. An avid tennis player, and former Olympic swimmer, John directs his love for music as a board member of Miami Music Project, a music education non-profit. Ronie is responsible for Brinca Software's operations and administration. He began his professional career in international banking in Miami in the 1990s. In 1997, he became Vice President of Operations and Administration at Americas Software and was responsible for all operations worldwide. When Americas Software was sold in 2004, Ronie assumed the role of Vice President at Experian's Fraud Solutions Division. He later moved back to his native Bolivia in 2007 to help run the family businesses. At Brinca Software, we are passionate about change.  We should not be slaves to technology, but rather, it should help design our future.  We believe that technology should make our homes more comfortable, offices more efficient, teachers educate better, public servants serve better, work more rewarding, and healthcare providers better caregivers.
