Brilliant Bears Inc. is a non-profit charity centered around the goal of supporting children in need. We do this mainly by collecting books and stuffed animals, packaging them together, and putting them in the hands of children. We do most of our work with the help of different youth organizations, such as Kids in Distress, Children's Home Society, and the Jack & Jill Children's Center. Periodically our team members visit those community centers to read to children and personally deliver our Brilliant Bear packages. Each child gets to cuddle with their new friend, listen to a great story, and anticipate beginning a book of their own.  Marlana Armstrong, our CEO, is a freshman at the University of Florida. She is involved in every aspect of making Brilliant Bears the organization that it is. Volunteers who help with pickups and gift deliveries include: Karla Devillo, a graduate of South Broward High School; and Ginna Martineau, a senior at St. Thomas Aquinas High School. Jack Belk, a sophomore at New College of Florida, is a huge help in all activities related with management and communication. We did a few events in Broward County and now that Marlana lives in Gainesville, we will be bringing Brilliant Bears to the Ville! Children deserve the world and more, but a smile is good enough for us. We provide kids the two essentials to  brilliant bears!
