Nick has over 10 years of experience in Business Operations and Project Management. Formerly, he ran operations in both the automotive and construction sectors. This is his first start-up. He holds a BA in Business & Economics as well as a BA in Mathematics from Lafayette College. Joel’s true passion is Experiential and Event Marketing, having conducted Trade Shows for over 15 years. He has represented and fashioned several brands in the United States and Europe and has an extensive background in sales and brand development. From consumer goods to private label industrial supplies he has helped manufacturers with new product introductions. He received a BA in Political Science and Marketing from the University of Florida, with certifications in International Relations and Latin American studies. Andrew is an accomplished sales leader, bringing a long history of software and corporate sales experience to Brightbox. Tenure at three Fortune 500 companies has given him an in-depth understanding of technology enabled platforms and the buyers that purchase them. Andrew has a BS in Marketing from Misericordia University. His passion, energy, and experience will be instrumental in scaling the company’s sales and distribution efforts. Anthony began his career selling online, in-store and at-home advertising space for News Corp’s marketing arm, SmartSource. He has worked with some of the largest CPGs in the world, such as Colgate Palmolive and Pinnacle Foods. He then went on to build the first sales team for Flok, a SaaS startup specializing in the creation of mobile applications for SMBs. He has been tasked with growing Brightbox’s number of permanent placements throughout the US. Anthony received his BS in Marketing from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT. Ed is the senior partner of Reitler Kailas & Rosenblatt, a law firm that represents venture stage companies and venture funds. He is also a founder of Angel Round Capital, the only member led venture fund in the New York metro region. Previously, Ed was associated with Cravath, Swaine & Moore. He sits on the boards of Business Financial Solutions, the second largest global cash advance company, and Gcommerce, a SaaS based EDI supply chain management solutions company. Ed has a BA from the University of South Carolina Honors College and a JD from Harvard Law School. Rob, an investor and consultant to start-up technology companies, currently serves on the boards of directors of Koko Fitness, Convenient Cards, and BrightBox. He was formerly President and COO of Montreal-based Discreet Logic from startup to initial public offering. Before that he was Corporate Counsel at Thinking Machines Corporation; Vice-President-Administration, General Counsel, at Rise Technology, also from start-up to initial public offering; and an associate attorney at a law firm specializing in intellectual property.
