He is an expert level production brewer, cellarman, centrifuge operator, bottling line operator and lab technician. He has experience over a wide range of production techniques and informed historical understanding of Brewing Technology. He has boots-on-the-ground experience working with architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers all around the world and has been responsible for creating specifications and purchasing high value equipment from reputable global vendors and successfully installing, commissioning and training brewers to produce fantastic beer.
