ABOUT BRAZILIAN BUSINESS GROUP BBG is an independent, secular organization, founded in 2006 with the objective of uniting and strengthening the Brazilian business community in South Florida, especially Broward and southern Palm Beach counties, where a large part of the community is concentrated. The BBG’s board of directors, partners and volunteers share the same ideals and seek to engage the business sector in the pursuit of opportunities and business through developing quality programs which lend credibility and increases the interaction among its members, companies and business people. Mission To bring together Brazilian business people, within and outside of the United States, through a representative, active and competitive entrepreneurial organization engaged in sharing experiences and expanding business education and culture. BBG promotes and encourages a contact network, support other institutions, causes and related activities that are compatible to its principles and seek partnerships with other groups to consolidate the business community. BBG and its members also are represented in Brazil. Philosophy The BBG believes education is the foundation of society and essential to citizenship. Among its social commitments, the BBG gives priority to education, to help and support Brazilian families in educating their children. The organization encourages the formation of future multicultural professionals by investing its efforts in educational programs to provide opportunities for Brazilians to better integrate in South Florida.
