Brad has worked in public accounting firms, and in private and public companies as a financial reporting manager. He began his career as an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Coopers), and then entered private accounting as a financial reporting manager for a Tampa-area health insurance company. From there, he went to work at a local accounting firm preparing personal and business income tax returns, and providing small business consulting services. Most recently, prior to establishing this accounting firm, he worked for MetLife, Inc, a Fortune 500 insurance company, in a variety of capacities as a manager and project team leader. Brad is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also co-owner of a local roofing & construction company, TLC Roofing, a state licensed, bonded and insured contractor with a BBB A+ rating, serving the greater Tampa Bay area. Through his work in this accounting firm, Brad continues to pursue his primary life goals of teaching and serving in the community. For several years, he has served as a Junior Achievement volunteer, teaching basic concepts of business and personal finance to Tampa area school children. He has served as treasurer of Calvary Baptist Church in Dade City, Florida and is currently on the board of directors and treasurer at Faith Fellowship Church in Trilby, Florida. He also currently serves on the board of a local faith-based organization established to train and assist people in their transition from prison back to society. Ciera grew up in Fort Myers, Florida. While attending North Fort Myers High School, she dual enrolled at Florida Gulf Coast University, and graduated from high school in 2014 with her Associates of Arts degree. She graduated from the University of South Florida in May 2016 with her Bachelors of Science in Public Health and General Business. Scholarships and honors she has earned include the Deans's List of Scholars, the USF Scholars Award, and the WLP/Berkman First Generation Scholarship. Her ultimate career goal is to become chief executive officer of a hospital. Ciera has worked for two different health care facilities throughout college, overseeing day-to-day office activities, while supervising reception of hospital guests and intake of patients . She is well-versed in the financial operations and activities of health care businesses through her work experience, as well as her studies in school. Alana worked as a teacher for Hillsborough County during college, and served in various hospitality and retail positions since high school. Her work has provided her with the opportunity to encourage and teach. She has signiificant experience monitoring and reconciling cash accounts, tracking shipments and maintaining inventories, and coordinating marketing activities. Stephanie was raised in Tampa, Florida. She studied Biomedical Sciences in college, and graduated from the University of South Florida with her Bachelors degree in May 2016. Stephanie is in pursuit of her Masters degree as a Physician’s Assistant, while finding ways to continue to help those in her community. As a Global citizen and the Founder/President of Global Dental and Medical Brigades at USF, Stephanie has volunteered in Honduras, Nicaragua, and the Philippines, as well as in local clinics and hospitals in an effort to help both local and international communities. She continues to volunteer her time at the Judeo Christian Clinic. Megan is a small business owner and through that experience, has managed all of the operations and financial activities of a small company. Her areas of expertise include Quickbooks consulting, new business incorporations, and property tax returns. Megan has traveled to Honduras to assist with mission work, and is active in the local community. She volunteers her time to support outreach for the USF Alliance of Health Fitness Professionals, and the annual Gasparilla Distance Classic. Her passion is helping others learn how to live active and healthy lives, and assisting small business owners start a new business.
