In 1977 ERA became a corporate sponsor of MDA (Muscular Dystrophy Assoc.) and to date has donated over 30 million dollars to that charity. In 1994 ERA was the first real estate company to offer their listings online, and by 1995 the corporate website, ERA.COM was launched. ERA has been very innovative and is often referred to as the "technology" brand! Affiliating with ERA® in 2005 infused a potent offering of tools, training, and technology into our company, which has allowed to grow its business in a challenging  Cape Cod market.  . is a member of the Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors and MLS, the PIN MLS system, local Chamber of Commerces, and we are very proud of our ERA’s President Circle status since joining in 2005, representing the top 100 companies nationwide. is the result of two companies with a long-standing real estate history on Cape Cod.  Dick Martin began his real estate career in 1976 and opened Dick Martin & Associates in 1986 in the same location our South Yarmouth office is in today.   Amy Surette Greene took over her family's business, Surette Realty, in 1988.   Surette Realty began in 1972 in our current West Dennis location.   In 2000 Dick and Amy joined forces and became Martin Surette Realty.
