Boulevard Recording is a recording studio in the center of Hollywood California. Once home of the famed Producer’s Workshop, Boulevard Recording is expanding on the rich history of this studio space. This is where Pink Floyd decided to park for two months after they began tracking The Wall in France. They did all of their overdubs, mixed and mastered the record here. Steely Dan also tracked most of the basic tracks to Aja and Gaucho here. Ringo Starr, Carly Simon, Ray Charles, Neil Diamond and many others painted these walls with music.
The studio is fully capable of 24 track analog recording as well as 32/io of Pro Tools HD. As well as a 32 channel Trident 80C recording console for mixing and tracking. Boulevard Recording is also one of the very few classic Hollywood studios with a full array of musical instruments, amps, vintage guitars and keyboards. Most classic Hollywood studios have only as little as a grand piano. Check the gear list before you book a session.
