Boulder Claims Founded in 2005, Boulder Claims is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ICAT and provides comprehensive claims services on all claims from policies underwritten by ICAT. Boulder Claims provides nationwide, third-party claims administrative (TPA) services for multiple lines of coverage including commercial property, commercial general liability, and residential property and liability claims. We have more than 245 years combined experience among our staff of supervisors, examiners and large loss specialists who efficiently manage all commercial and residential claims. Our service is seamless through the use of our state-of-the-art electronic claims administrative technology. Boulder Claims currently provides claims administration and adjusting services to Lloyd’s Syndicate 4242 and all other business underwritten by ICAT, including the Mississippi Residential Property Insurance Underwriting Association, Mississippi Windstorm Underwriting Association, Cochrane and Company, Tim Parkman Incorporated, and Ariel Specialty Managers. In its short history, Boulder Claims has successfully adjusted and settled more than 23,000 commercial and residential claims including catastrophe claims from Hurricanes Charley, Frances, Ivan, Jean, Wilma, Katrina, Dolly, Ike, Isaac and Sandy. ICAT was founded in 1998 to provide catastrophe insurance coverage to business owners throughout the United States. The scope of our business activities has broadened significantly but we remain committed to our original vision: We are a highly specialized and disciplined underwriter of catastrophe insurance risk. In 2005, Boulder Claims was formed to provide comprehensive claims services on all claims from policies underwritten by ICAT, and other select partners. Boulder Claims has processed over 23,000 catastrophe claims, paid out over $1.05B and handled 29 catastrophe events. Since 2007 we have been focused on adding additional carrier partners and providing additional products in the market to meet the needs of homeowners and business owners in catastrophe-exposed regions of the United States.  This includes our Residential California Earthquake program and Residential Multi-Peril program in the Gulf and Eastern Seaboard states.  We now protect over 85,000 homes and businesses from the risks associated from a disaster, and remain committed to providing: A broad underwriting box with innovative product solutions ICAT provides property insurance protection to homeowners and businesses located in hurricane- and earthquake-exposed regions of the United States. Small commercial and residential accounts are underwritten and bound using an online platform that provides instant quotes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Middle market accounts are underwritten and quoted by ICAT’s experienced team of Property Underwriters. ICAT is a licensed managing general agency founded in 1998 to provide production, underwriting and risk-management services for insurance companies.  ICAT currently provides these services for Paraline Syndicate 4242, QBE Specialty Insurance Company, National Fire and Marine Insurance Company (a Berkshire Hathaway Insurance Group company), Centauri Specialty Insurance Company, North American Capacity Insurance Company and other syndicates at Lloyd’s of London.  ICAT currently protects over 65,000 homeowners and business owners in catastrophe-exposed regions of the United States.
