Welcome to Boomer Beach Fitness & I'm Tim "Boomer" Sullivan, and yes I am a Baby Boomer.  Like many of you 50 and up, my body can't do the things it did at 20; however; through wellness education, proper exercise and God's blessing of good health, I feel healthier today then I did at 20.  My specialty is working with mature adults, Baby Boomers and Seniors, to help them develop the fitness habits that will let them age vibrantly and feeling great! My dear wife Linda had a seriously debilitating stroke some years ago.  Working closely with her Physical Therapists I was amazed to see how exercise and her strong determination made such a positive effect on her recuperation.  Unfortunately, the stroke caused residual pain to run down the right side of her body.  She tried many different pain medicines and alternative medicines of which only one helped to relieve her pain, Massage Therapy! By combining Personal Training and Massage Therapy I can help you too!  I look forward to meeting you soon, and to learn about your challenges and goals. What is Boomer Beach Fitness?
