Our Business Bolles Construction provides reliable earthwork services consisting of site excavation, materials handling, grading, utilities, and improvements. Bolles Construction owns and maintains all of the necessary equipment, which allows us to maintain control over our projects schedule. Who We Are Bolles Construction has been a family owned company since its inception in 1968, and has been that way ever since. Currently Bolles is owned and operated by father, Greg Bulyca, and son, Brad Bulyca. Combined they have over fifty years experience with underground utilities. Both of them bring unique experiences, and professionalism to each project they are tasked with. Bolles Construction is a small family-owned company that is big on satisfaction.
