Chef Kat is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France. She’s worked at some of the hottest restaurants in the country like WD-50 in Manhattan and The French Laundry in Napa and opened 3 restaurants as Executive Chef—BO-beau kitchen + bar and 100 Wines in San Diego, and BO-beau kitchen + roof tap in Long Beach, CA. Now back in San Diego full-time, she’s bringing exquisite cuisine to the everyday kitchen with her meal kit delivery service. When she’s not tearing it up online or on The Food Network, you’ll find her jamming on the drums in her band or jumping out of an airplane. She’s also our personal hero for making the most amazing Brussels sprouts on the planet. Bar none. You’d rather dish with your girlfriends over indulgent food and few cocktails than dive into a 500-page self-help book any day of the week.
