The Bogen List, Inc., was created by Mark Bogen, who is a Florida attorney and former Assistant State Attorney. Bogen has written two weekly legal columns for the newspaper for the past 14 years and served as an adjunct professor of Business Law at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Currently, Mark Bogen is a practicing attorney and the Executive Director of the Florida Community Association Coalition, a not-for-profit Florida corporation.
