I am a holistic health practitioner and offer clients a variety of healing modalities to help them live a life that is vibrant, happy and full of positive energy. Taking care of one’s self is a crucial part of living a fulfilling and balanced life. By creating a healthy body both inside and out involves one’s physical, mental and energetic forces to be in harmony with each other. By providing clients with the healing properties of Massage Therapy, Holistic Health Coaching and Reiki, I promote a well-rounded approach to healing. . Having a support system in place and a health coach to help guide you, while understanding what’s behind the food, is one of the most effective ways to reach your goals and stay motivated. I didn’t do it alone, and you don’t have to either. Kari is an amazing massage therapist. I have benefited from her vast knowledge and skills for many years. In addition to providing massage skills, I find her very level headed and helpful in guiding me through various life issues. I am so glad I met her!
