Ms. Poole has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare operations and has held numerous hospital chief executive officer and division president positions. She has served as a healthcare advisor and led various facility improvement initiatives. Her expertise includes general hospital operations, managed care, team building, mentoring, strategic planning, clinical operations improvement, service line development, labor productivity, market share growth, profit improvement, and physician, medical staff and board development. Ms. Poole holds a master of arts in management and supervision with an emphasis in healthcare administration from Central Michigan University and a bachelor of science in nursing from West Virginia University. She is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Dr. Mata completed her Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Medicine degrees at the University of Miami. She completed internal medicine and fellowship training at the University of Miami. Following her clinical training, she completed a Master of Business Administration degree with specialization in Health Administration from the University of Miami. Dr. Mata is a Certified Physician Executive having completed training with the American Association for Physician Leadership. Dawn Javersack is the Chief Financial Officer of Boca Raton Regional Hospital. Ms. Javersack has more than 20 years of finance leadership experience in not-for profit hospitals and healthcare systems. She began her career with the public accounting firm Arthur Andersen & Company, where she served on the audit team of various public and private sector clients. Subsequent to public accounting, Ms. Javersack held progressive financial leadership positions over a 19 year career with a six hospital healthcare system located in Western Pennsylvania. Ms. Javersack holds both a bachelor of science in business administration with honors and masters of business administration degrees from West Virginia University. She is an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Alex Eremia is Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Boca Raton Regional Hospital, Inc. and its affiliated companies. Mr. Eremia oversees all of the legal affairs of the company. His principal areas of focus are compliance and governance, commercial negotiations, physician practice acquisitions, medical staff matters, government investigations, anti-trust issues, tax-exempt issues, clinical research and laboratory activities, health information privacy and security issues, ACO development, and providing strategic and legal advice to the management team and the board of directors. In addition, Mr. Eremia serves as corporate secretary and as the organization’s chief risk officer and is responsible for managing the organization’s employment practices liability.
