Many Hoopsters have given back to the Boca Hoops program and to the Boca Raton Community. We, the Boca Hoops Family want to recognize these fine Alumni. There are Boca Hoops alumni in our high schools that return as head and assistant coaches for our recreation program. Some Alumni return to help out at Boca Hoops’ events for community service, such as helping out at Hoops registration, the All-Star Classic and the Boca Hoops Tournament Finals. These are our Boca Hoops Community Service Alumni. Many of our alumni go on to play J.V. and Varsity high school basketball for one of our local schools. Several of our alumni have gone on to play at the collegiate level, either Division I, II, III, NAIA, Community or Junior College. Those alumni who have gone on to the next level of collegiate basketball comprise our Boca Hoops’ Alumni Project. Several of our alumni have returned to Boca Raton metropolitan area and have contributed to help the youth of our community. Some have been hired or volunteered to coach basketball at our local high schools. Some of these same coaches have volunteered to coach our Hoopsters who participate in our Boca Hoops Travel Squads. These alumni are our Community Contributors. We have alumni who are now sponsors in our program. Some have become team sponsors and corporate sponsors.
