When I moved in, they told me that they'd help me if I needed to find a subleaser, yet when it came down to it, I had to do it all on my own with little information as to how to work out the leasing. After months of advertising, I finally found a subleaser, and at the office they didn't take any of my info, and charged me for a $200 sublease fee that I was not told about beforehand. So now reading all these reviews, I wonder if I'll still be charged despite subleasing my aptmt. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I wish I read the reviews before moving here. The staff is rude and unhelpful. This entire place is so unorganized and they take forever to fix any request you put in. If your not constantly bugging them to get something done, then it'll never get taken care of. Don't be fooled by the nice club house & low prices, the stress that comes with is NOT WORTH IT!!! NEGATIVE STARS!!! I lived here for 3 years. The apartment is not that great. When I moved in, the carpet feels sticky. The room is dark. There are stain on the bed and the part of the leg is broken. I didn't mind it in the first place. I put everything on the check in list but forgot about the part of the leg that is already damaged. When I moved out, they find anything that is possible to blame you for it. If you plan to stay here, be careful with the move in checklist. Also the computer chair is broken when I moved in and kept requesting for a new one but they never provide a new one. All the furnitures are old. I don't recommend this place at all.
