It wasn't long before they moved from their garage to a building suitable to build their designer water features and with a few friends started the first fabrication plant for Bluworld of Water. An interesting note is that the Blu in Bluworld is not for a color but an acronym for "Brothers Like Us" which describes the close knit culture that was developing in the business. There was a true love of creating works of art in architectural water design that would be placed in homes, businesses and public places. Since those early days Bluworld has grown to be the world's largest custom water feature design and fabrication company for the genre of water design and architectural water features that we produce. Our 30,000 square foot facility in Orlando, Florida with its dedicated metal fabrication department designs, fabricates, and installs the most intricate and beautiful water features available. Bluworld has developed a client list that literally is a Who's Who in both the private and commercial world. We have designed and installed water features all over the world. With the establishment of our custom business we decided to create a home division specializing in smaller self contained indoor and outdoor fountains that are affordable for everyone. We created for HOMelements nearly 100 different water features that are suitable for any room in the home and office. When you buy a HŌMelements water feature, you have the engineering and expertise of the largest water feature design company in the world in every unit. In 2011 Bluworld HOMelements expanded and launched our new eco-fire division; Nu-Flame. Nu-Flame fireplaces are vent free, smoke free, odor free and care free. Burning only clean renewable liquid ethanol. The Nu-Flame line has become widely popular and Bluworld continues to expand our fire line to include outdoor fire furniture (coming soon). There is a design and size for any space one might want the beauty, warmth and tranquility that water and fire bring. From tabletop water fountains and personal fireplaces, interior and exterior accents pieces to large floor fountains and wall mount eco fire features there is a Bluworld design that will compliment any space and any budget. We continue to explore the elements of design with water and fire. We are fueled by the resources and beauty that surrounds us and rely on the never ending talents and abilities our Bluworld team brings every day. Yes, we do ship to Canada however we do not ship to International locations. If you need to ship one of our items internationally you must provide your own freight forwarder and shipping. We are happy to ship your item free of charge to your shipping company anywhere within the 48 lower United States but we will not make international shipping arrangements for you. NOTE: We cannot ship fuel outside the 48 contiguous United States. Also of note, all our products electrical components are 120v which is standard in the USA. We do not supply or sell any electrical components such as pumps or lighting to meet with other countries electrical requirements. We are happy to provide you with a freight quote. For shipments to Canada, please contact us with the destination address and the product you are interested in having shipped. Customs, Tariffs and any Brokers Fees shall not be included in the quote and are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise noted in your shipping quote. Yes, We can ship to you however we cannot ship fuel outside the lower 48 states. Freight fees apply to all orders being shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States. What type of power is required for these products? All our products electrical components are UL listed and many are low voltage such as our LED Lighting. All our products run on standard USA household outlet voltage which is 120 volts a.c. also known as 110v. All our products (even our largest fountains!) ship Free Ground Service in the lower 48 states. Orders ship out of our warehouse as each order is processed. In-Stock items take 3 - 4 days to ship once the order is received and processed. "In-stock" items are defined as products that are ready to ship requiring no additional handling or customizing; such as a logo, special powder coat color or UV Sterilizer, etc... Priority status means your order will ship within 24 business hours of your order being received. Please note: The "Expedite Fee" does not change how the product ships. For those in-stock items that can be shipped by UPS you may consider selecting: 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day delivery provided the item is eligible to ship*. We can provide you with a quote for the additional UPS shipping charges. Please call us at 1-888-499-5433 for a quote. *Larger items will not qualify for UPS expedited delivery service. For an additional fee these LTL (Less than a Truckload) orders can however be shipped with an optional guaranteed delivery date or faster delivery service if required. Ask our sales department to provide you with a quote for additional shipping options. When your order is processed you will receive an e-mail order confirmation. This order confirmation is different than the receipt you received when you placed your order on-line. When your order ships, you will be notified within 24 hours via e-mail. Included in your e-mail will be a tracking number for your shipment.�You can follow the delivery status of your shipment with your tracking number. Effective July 1st, 2014: If you place your order over the phone with one of our Bluworld representatives they will automatically set up an on-line account for you. You will be provided a unique user name and password to access your orders status. Nu-Flame Bio-Ethanol Fuel returns are not allowed due to the volatility of the products and potential for tampering.
