Lori Bluett, resident of Granite Bay, California, is the owner of Bluett & Associates, Inc., a Real Estate Consulting Firm and is the CEO of Juno Commercial Real Estate, Inc, a Commercial Real Estate Management Firm, as well as an Executive Director of Community First Bank and third party consultant to several National Commercial Real Estate Companies. Lori has served on various funds' executive and investment committees and developed a national platform of asset management, brokerage, property management and construction management for both VMS Realty, a $9 billion real estate corporation holding and serving a portfolio of 85,000 apartments units, 18 million square feet of office and retail properties and one of the largest hotel portfolios assembled of its time consisting of over 60 resorts and hotels with a value in excess of $3 billion, as well as Panattoni Development Company, which during her tenure owned and managed 50,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate, the largest privately held development company in the U.S. Lori assisted in the development and expansion into markets throughout the U.S, Canada and Europe. Bluett & Associates, Inc. (a commercial real estate advisory firm) and Juno Commercial Real Estate, Inc. operate across the United States, with multiple offices located in: Sacramento, Roseville, Oakland, Orange County, Las Vegas, Reno, Dallas, Miami and Denver. Lori is a Past President and current Board Member of the Central Valley's Building Owner and Manager's Association (BOMA), and is a member of the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and is a Director for the Sacramento Area Commerce & Trade Organization (SACTO) formed to bring international awareness of California's business climate. She is also a Founding Director and current Board Member and HR Chair of the California headquarted Community 1st Bank with local branches in both Roseville/Granite Bay and Auburn. Lori continues to assist in the continuing education of Real Estate Professionals, Samuel is the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President for Bluett & Associates, Inc. and Juno Commercial Real Estate, Inc. Previously, Samuel was a senior development manager with Panattoni Development responsible for Florida properties. Samuel was also the director of development services for York Residential's Florida operation. Samuel has vast professional service experience while serving as vice president of operations and senior project manager for Rhon Ernest-Jones Consulting Engineers (today IBI Group), a Florida-based civil engineering, land planning, transportation planning and landscape architecture firm where he managed over 100 projects with a wide variety of property sub-types, as well as the firm's operations. He also held positions of development project manager and senior real estate development consultant with the Codina Group (today Flagler Development) in Coral Gables, managing all aspects of development projects, including predevelopment analysis, entitlement and project management. In total, Samuel has been responsible for the development, management and entitlement of over 25,000,000 square feet of mixed use, retail, multi-family residential, industrial and office projects including over 3500 residential units. Joel Anzelc brings over 23 years of extensive construction experience to tenant improvement projects throughout Northern California, Oregon and Washington. Joel graduated from California State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Joel joined Bluett as Vice President, National Construction to oversee all construction throughout the US. He is a graduate of Sacramento State's School of Business and is a member of the U.S Green Building Council and Associated Builders and Contractors. He is active in coach and mentor in both youth sports and business. In 2005, Katrina pursued an opportunity with Panattoni Development in their industrial and commercial development group. She was responsible for various aspects of the management of over 4 million square feet of new ground up development, with a focus on land acquisitions, financial analysis, entitlements, and building dispositions. In 2007, Katrina accepted a position as a Development Manager with Phelan Development Company, where she was responsible for land acquisitions, planning, and entitlements for multiple land sites. In 2010, Katrina joined Bluett & Associates, Inc. to oversee asset management, and receivership responsibilities for its Southern California portfolio. Katrina holds a California Broker's License and is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). Katrina is a life time resident of California and an active volunteer in her community. For many years, she has been committed to fundraising events for the Alzheimer's, ALS, and Pediatric Cancer Foundations. Katrina graduated at the top of her class from Pepperdine University's School of Business and Management. In most states, Bluett is appointed as a real estate receiver by court order where we are given custodial duties over real property that is the collateral for the note that has defaulted. As the fiduciary, the receiver replaces the borrower and we take over responsibility for the tangible and intangible assets attached to the collateral. Our fiduciary responsibilities, to the court and parties involved in the litigation, can include leasing, construction management, asset management, and where agreed by the court positioning and sale of the property.
