After flipping the majority in Pinellas County from Republican to Democrat for the first time in 50 years, Tom co-founded Blue Ticket Consulting with the goal of delivering the strategies of a top notch finance operation to municipal, state, and federal races. Tom delivers general strategic and fundraising advice to campaigns drawing on experience from over a dozen competitive campaigns. Some of his clients include St. Petersburg Mayor Rick Kriseman, Pinellas County Commissioner Pat Gerard, Representative Sean Shaw, and State Attorney Andrew Warren. Meagan co-founded Blue Ticket Consulting in 2014 and has developed a reputation for winning extremely competitive races and for helping first time candidates execute disciplined and powerful messaging campaigns. Meagan works closely with Blue Ticket staff to oversee data strategy and the firm's workflow process. She also tracks candidate statistics to ensure Blue Ticket clients are getting the highest level of support from their campaign efforts. Meagan is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law and a member of the Florida Bar. Brittany manages donor contact and database maintenance for Blue Ticket clients. She ensures that campaign pledges and relevant call data are used to increase net receipts for clients. She also manages the research operations for the firm. Brittany works out of North Florida and is the primary contact for the firm's outreach North of I-4. Elliot worked on Pat Gerard’s 2014 campaign for County Commission in campaign finances. There, he managed campaign databases and records, and organized volunteer events. He followed that experience with another success as Ben Diamond's Deputy Campaign Manager for his State House victory. Elliot joined Blue Ticket to handle special projects for the firm - guiding candidates as they build out their teams and establishing a winning strategy.
