Shortly after graduating college in the year 2000, Producer Michael Misconi and Writer/Director Mike Horan formed Blue Juice Films in order to produce their first independent film, THE TREATY. They enlisted the help of Thomas Mumme as Director of Photography, and after a successful two years on the film-festival circuit, the three founders decided to collaborate on future projects. In 2004, Mike Horan enlisted as a para-trooper in the United States Army. Soon thereafter, Adam Miller joined Mumme and Misconi and incorporated Blue Juice Films in early 2005. Longtime Blue Juice collaborator Jeremy Schneider joined the company in August of 2006, establishing a New York City office to supplement the offices in Central Florida. Blue Juice Films strives to be as diverse as possible, creating music videos, short films, documentaries, television shows, developing feature films, and even comic books. Adam Miller has been in Post Production since 1999. He started making independent short films in college at the University of Florida. After graduating, he went on to learn feature film-making at Valencia’s Film Program. He later worked at Adrenaline Films in Orlando for more than three years as the Chief Editor. Adam has worked on feature films including FLORIDA CITY and VIRGINS, Television programming such as HBO’s The Making of Band of Brothers, short films, documentaries, national commercials, music videos, and corporate and industrial videos. He first started working with Tom Mumme and Blue Juice Films on the short film EXECUTION OF A MAN. Since joining the Blue Juice team, Adam has edited all of Blue Juice’s projects, including a series of One Eleven’s music videos, ADVENTURE CHEFS North Carolina and INSIDE OUT with KARIN. Michael Misconi has been involved in production since the year 2000. After graduating from the University of Florida, Misconi formed Blue Juice Films in order to produce the independent film THE TREATY. Misconi collaborated with long-time friend Mike Horan to create THE TREATY, and it was Horan who brought Tom Mumme on board as Director of Photography. The three formed a unique friendship that led to continued collaboration. In addition to being a co-owner of Blue Juice Films, Michael Misconi also currently owns Over the years, Thomas Mumme has been determined to learn all aspects of the Motion Picture and Television field and has worked professionally as a Producer, Director, DP, Camera Op, First AD, Camera Assistant/Utility, Grip, Gaffer, Audio Tech, Editor and a whole lot more. He has strived to become as well-rounded in Film & Video Production as he possibly can be. As a skilled Director of Photography, Jeremy Schneider has been capturing images on film and videotape for over 15 years. Upon graduating from UW-Madison’s renowned film program, he began shooting and editing local news in Milwaukee, WI. 10 years spent at Adrenaline Film Productions in Orlando, FL honed his skills as a technician, artist, and storyteller. In 2005, he went freelance and relocated to New York City, where he became one of the go-to cinematographers in the world of reality television. Although he is based in NYC, Jeremy has operated cameras on six continents, using just about every format available, from DV to 35mm. film.
