About Blackmon Consulting Group Blackmon Consulting Group was established by Matthew Blackmon after experiencing a gap in knowledge that food companies lack when developing and/or improving a foodservice business. The lack of understanding left foodservice divisions stagnated, versus the growth that can be captured when a company positions themselves correctly./or Matthew Blackmon, founder of BCG has over 8 years of experience in the foodservice business and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
